These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by EasyERPS and Easypay, including both the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the “Easypay” application (collectively or individually referred to as the "Services"). By using these Services, visiting our website, or subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions, including all related rules, regulations, and policies referenced herein. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including but not limited to browsers, businesses, customers, merchants, and content contributors.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing our website or using any of our services. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement, you will not be able to access or use the Services.
We affirm that your use of any services provided by EasyERPS or Easypay, whether through the ERP system or the “Easypay” application, constitutes your explicit agreement to the Terms and Conditions designed to ensure a safe and appropriate experience for all users. These terms define "User" as any natural or legal person interacting with the Services, while "Service" refers to all features and functionalities provided by the ERP system and the “Easypay” application. EasyERPS ensures that our services are used in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, guaranteeing the protection of others' rights, full compliance with privacy protection for users and their data as per applicable regulations. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in the event of any dispute, it will be resolved through the applicable local legal procedures to ensure a safe and reliable environment for your electronic transactions and enterprise resource management.
First: Subscription Terms
Subscription Requirements for the ERP System and “Easypay” Application:
- Age: The client must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the services offered by EasyERPS. By using these services, you acknowledge and ensure that you meet this age requirement.
- Providing Data: The client is obligated to provide EasyERPS with all required data and documents to complete the registration and verification process, ensuring that this data is accurate, complete, and continuously updated.
- Maintaining Personal Data: The client is responsible for protecting their registration information and personal data used to access the system or application and keeping it confidential. In case of any suspected unauthorized use of the account, the client must immediately notify EasyERPS.
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By subscribing to the Services or continuing to use them, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions and the related Privacy Policy, including any updates that may occur from time to time. Continued use after any updates constitutes implicit acceptance of those updates.
Client's Obligation to Pay Subscription Fees:
- Paying Fees: The client agrees to pay all fees related to subscribing to the ERP system and/or the “Easypay” application according to the packages or plans advertised at the time of registration or renewal. Payments must be made by the specified deadlines. In case of delay or default in payment, EasyERPS reserves the right to suspend the service partially or entirely until payment is completed.
Client's Obligation to Provide Documents:
- Providing Documents: The client agrees to provide EasyERPS with all necessary information and documents that the company may request to deliver the services or to verify the client's data. All documents must be valid, up-to-date, and free from any false information. The company reserves the right to refuse or suspend the service if the provided documents are inaccurate or incomplete.
Second: Termination of Contract
Termination of Subscription:
- Termination by the Client: The client has the right to terminate their subscription to the ERP system and/or the “Easypay” application by sending an official notice to EasyERPS at least 30 days prior to the specified termination date.
- Termination by the Company: EasyERPS reserves the right to terminate or suspend the service, either partially or entirely, without prior notice if it becomes evident that the client has violated any of these Terms and Conditions or for any legal reason justifying termination.
Effects of Termination:
The client must immediately cease using the Services after the termination date. EasyERPS is also committed to deleting or destroying the client's data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Post-Termination Obligations:
Both parties' obligations arising before the termination date remain in effect if they naturally continue after the contract termination.
Third: Complaints and Suggestions
EasyERPS is committed to providing high-quality services to its clients in both the ERP system and the “Easypay” application. We value receiving your complaints and suggestions to improve our service level. If you have any comments, issues, or proposals, please contact us via email:

Fourth: Disclaimer
Nature of Services:
The ERP system and “Easypay” application services are provided by EasyERPS on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any explicit or implicit warranties related to marketability, suitability for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.
Continuity of Service:
EasyERPS strives to ensure the continuity of services in a stable and always available manner. However, circumstances beyond our control—such as maintenance work, technical issues, or emergencies—may cause temporary service interruptions. We do not bear any responsibility for any losses or damages that may result from these interruptions or technical errors.
Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall EasyERPS or any of its employees, directors, partners, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or inability to use them, even if the company has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
Third Party:
EasyERPS is not responsible for the actions or negligence of any third party, including but not limited to security breaches, financial fraud, or identity theft. We also bear no responsibility for the content or services provided by other parties associated with our services.
Client's Violation of Laws:
The client bears full responsibility if they use the Services in a manner that violates the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any other country where those laws are in effect. The client must indemnify and defend EasyERPS against any claims, costs, or damages arising from their violation of those laws or regulations.
Fifth: Disclaimer of Hacking and Security Guarantee
Disclaimer of Hacking:
EasyERPS employs best practices and reasonable security standards to maintain the confidentiality of data. However, absolute security in the internet environment cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, the company is not liable for any hacking, unauthorized access, or data breaches resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Viruses and Malware:
EasyERPS makes diligent efforts to ensure that our services are free from viruses or malware, but we do not guarantee they are error-free or free from malicious files. Users must take appropriate preventive measures to protect their devices and software.
Sixth: Privacy Policy
Collection of Information:
We collect the necessary information to provide our services effectively, including personal data such as name and contact information, whether in the ERP system or the “Easypay” application.
Use of Information:
We use this information to improve the service and communicate with the user regarding updates, offers, or any content related to the Services.

Seventh: Amendments to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

EasyERPS reserves the right to make modifications or updates to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy at any time deemed appropriate, in line with service developments, laws, or for any other reason. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through a notification within the system or application.
User Responsibility:
Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions and ensuring they keep up with any changes that may occur. Continued use of the Services after the publication of modifications constitutes explicit acceptance of them. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Services immediately.
Eighth: Communication
We may send you notifications regarding services, modifications, or any other information via email or through your control panel in the ERP system or the “Easypay” application. It is the client's responsibility to monitor these notifications and update their contact information in case of any changes. You can always contact us via email:

If the client sends any information, ideas, inventions, concepts, technologies, or any content (“User Submissions”) to EasyERPS or publishes them in the public areas of the system or application, the client acknowledges the company's right to use these submissions without restrictions or compensation and waives any ownership rights or compensation claims that may arise from such submissions.
Ninth: Acknowledgment
By using any services of EasyERPS—whether the ERP system or the “Easypay” application—you acknowledge that you have carefully read these Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to comply with everything stated herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Services.
